Conditions of “Favorite Guest” Program:

A room should be booked by the Guest directly on the Hotel Gallery website or by a phone call to the chosen hotel (without the participation of travel agencies, companies, tour operators or online booking systems).

Privileges according to the Favorite Guest Program:

Early check-in(*)
Late check-out until 3 pm(*)
Room upgrade without any additional payment(*)
Possibility of booking room types that are not represented on partner websites
Slippers in the room
A bottle of mineral water – daily
Additional toiletries: toothbrush + toothpaste
Teapot + set for tea and coffee
